How to Become a CHIC Member

The Consortium for Healthy and Immunized Communities (CHIC) is a community collaborative of individuals and organizations working to mobilize Northern Ohio to improve health and immunization rates. CHIC is working hard to create a climate that encourages and supports community awareness on the importance of immunizations. We welcome any person or organization committed to these issues.
